• Circular steel support plate with groove for band. Base rotates in conjunction with bow so it supports parts even during angled cuts and avoids cutting into vice base

• 2-speed three-phase motor - transmission carried out by means of screw-ring reducer in oil bath
• Bow inclination, blade development and fly-wheel diameter have been calculated so as to limit the yielding of band and increase its lifespan
• Mechanical tensioning of band with springs to ensure uniformity and constancy of tightening
• Band supported by two blade-guides with hard metal plaques, adjustable in relation to dimensions of parts to be cut
• Electropump for lubrication/refrigeration of bands
• Adjustable mechanical vice group, with lever for rapid closing, hand wheel for slow closing and lever for rapid clamp.
• Accident prevention safety devices: fly-wheel guards with motor stop in case of opening, blade protection guards, blade start with "man-present" protection against accidental start-up. Low voltage controls, lockable main switch
• Possibility of making calibration of mechanical stops at 0° and 45° left, of balancing springs, of hinge pin and of bow's perpendicularly to ensure cutting precision remains constant in time
