Bend Master 32 2T IMS has 5 controlled axis and
two independent bending heads. It can produce
symmetrical and asymmetrical components even
when tube length is above machine's considerable
work length of 4200 mm. BEND MASTER 32 2T IMS
can be supplied on request with 4 punching
units, automatic loader, optical weld search
device and interfaces for external handling
units. It can be considered as versatile as a
clockwise-counter-clockwise tube bender and
boasts an execution speed twice that of linear
tube benders. Furthermore the raised position of
the bending axis in respect to the rear support
beam, the central 600° rotation, independent
control of two heads and hitch feed of tube
allow one to make in automatic cycle even
components which can be made on traditional
machines only in more than one work cycle.
