maximum diameter of 120 mm. Control
automatically carries out bending, rotation of
plane, advance and anticipated mandrel
extraction and it synchronises opening of the
carriages to guarantee production of even the
most complex components. The rigid mechanical
structure and quality of tools allow to obtain
excellent quality bends right up to the physical
limits of feasibility. Simple tooling
installation and rapid mandrel rod couplings
reduce production times to an absolute minimum
and speed up adjustment operations even on such
a large machine.
