The automatic tube bending machines are supplied with
IMS (Intelligent Motion System) control system, a
Pentium processor based computer, Touch Screen as
standard equipment and software version which allows
insertion of all accessories planned for that machine
and personalisation requested by customers.
We can supply a wide range of automatic tube benders
from 2 to 12 controlled axis, very versatile to easily
adapt the machines to the varied fields in which they
are used. Dimensions and maximum capacity of machines
cover a range of diameters from 4 mm to 167 mm.
We can also supply automatic loading and unloading
systems and adapt the interface so as to consent the
connection of the machine to specialised work areas with
connection to external work units or to robots.

The semi-automatic tube benders are characterised by
fact that some simple operations during the bending
cycle must be carried out by the operator.
Also in the semi-automatic range it is possible to have
machines fitted with the IMS control system, which in
semi-automatic mode supplies user with all indications
necessary to carry out correctly the few simple manual
operations necessary in this type of machines.
Pedrazzoli tube and profile benders are highly reliable
machines, easy to use, with an intuitive set-up
procedure, and rapid tooling change. Their sturdiness
and power make them also suited to very demanding work
and complex bends.
