clean swarfless cut. The clamping system by
means of wrap-around jaws and the combined
movements of the scarfing and shearing knives
prevent tube deformation during cutting whether
the tube is round, oval or square.A lubricant
system provides cooling and lubrication action
to dies, knives and moving parts. Discharge unit
is available in 3 different lengths according to
cutting requirements and is complete with a
selection device for rapid discharge of cut
tubes and scrap. Bar-stops are easy to adjust
and have been accurately designed to avoid
damage caused by blows from tubes. Machine
control is a microprocessor with capacity for
memorising 99 programmes to manage bar feeding,
machine logic and diagnostics. Simplicity of
programming guarantee ease of use for operator.
