BENDMASTER 25 MRV IMS

The PEDRAZZOLI BEND MASTER 25 MRV IMS has 5 controlled axis to satisfy the requirements to bend tubes up to max. diameter 25 mm with mandrel, in clockwise and counter-clockwise direction, in multi-radius and with variable radius. Automatic synchronisation of axis and work cycle optimisation give a high productivity, guaranteed also by the rapid discharge of the components by means of a pick and place system and simultaneous synchronised loading of material for following piece. The Control manages the electrical axis, head movements, bend angle, plane rotations and carriage movement. Both mandrel extraction anticipation and its position can be programmed making tooling change very rapid and reducing the time elapsing between one productive batch and the next. BEND MASTER 25 MRV IMS is a sturdy but very flexible machine thanks to movements on linear guides with re-circulating spheres, brushless motors and a rigid mechanical structure.
